How will I receive and return my product?
FURI Rental aims to make life as easy as possible for you, our customers. Therefore, we are happy to report that we can deliver our goods and pick them up from your dorm room.
Once you express your desire to rent from FURI we will arrange delivery and pick-up times at an hour suitable to you.
How long does it take for a product get to me once I've ordered it?
We will endeavour to get your product to you as soon as possible. We can deliver 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Below is our expected delivery times:
Sun-Thurs: 8am - 12am Delivery within 1 hour
12am - 8am Delivery will be attempted that night, but may not arrive until the next day.
Fri - Sat: 10am - 2am Delivery within 1 hour
2am - 10am Delivery will be attempted that night, but may not arrive until the next day.
How long can I rent my item for?
FURI’s goal is to provide short-term rentals of necessary items. Therefore, the typically rental period is between 1 and 3 days. Should you need to rent an item for longer than 3 days don’t hesitate to contact us.

What happens if I damage a product?
Our aim at FURI is to provide as good, amiable service as possible. Therefore we will look at each case of damage individually, and aim to sort out any dispute in as friendly a manner as possible.
That being said, in order to operate as a business, FURI subscribers and one-time renters must agree to our Terms & Conditions before being allowed to rent our goods. As these conditions make clear, any damage or loss of property result in a penalty fine the equivalent of the price of the damaged item on Amazon.com.
